welcome to Barfield Tiger Pride weekly announcement good morning by Phil tigers can you believe it today is May 3rd and we have begun our last month a school year in order to get ready for next school year here are a few things you can help us with first of all for those students were returning to Barfield next school year please make sure that your parents complete re-enrollment if they need help they can call the main office also great news kindergarten enrollment is now open we are looking for new Tigers to join our Barfield family again if you need help please call the main office on Monday and Tuesday are 6th graders have been scheduled to come to our field to take their 6th grade promotion picture please make sure to arrive at your scheduled time also this week all students in grades 3 through 6 will be taking a reading and math end-of-year assessment this assessment is important because it will help us understand what each of you have been able to learn via distance learning and how we can prepare for next school year don't forget to attend your class every single day and on time have an awesome week tigers it's time to recognize our tigers for their awesome accomplishments Tigers this reminder pause expectation every day remember to problem-solve always make good decisions work together and show respect here is a tiger tip from I parked here this week pirate it has to do with positive affirmation aren't you did shoot for the moon even if you miss you'll land Among the Stars RSC ellisons are interactive by Beck on a side ache you were buying three different sides about positive affirmation gratitude and coping skill in spine has multiple links videos of fun activities under this week's activities to see check it out and have a great week let's hear from one of our Tigers about college career-readiness my name is Savannah to make pick her up at Southern California Berkeley California UC Berkeley colors are gold and blue bear mascot of the bear he represents the California Golden Bears UC Berkeley offer over 350 degrees popular majors are social sciences engineering biological and biomedical Sciences also has very successful Athletic program want 107 national champ Athletic program include football basketball track and field classroom in Google Play.
