welcome to Barfield Tiger Pride weekly announcement good morning Barfield Tigers I hope you all had a wonderful Valentine's Day we miss you here at Barfield this week's in there is no school today Monday February 15th in celebration of Presidents Day on Wednesday we have student distribution scheduled please remind your parents to come to Barfield to pick up your school item on Wednesday we also have our student awards assembly at 2 p.m. to recognize our students of the month and most improved last week I shared a very important series with your parents please ask them complete the story with you this will help us in making Barfield and even better place for all our students don't forget to get plenty of rest and be on time to your classroom each and every day have an awesome week it's time to recognize our tigers for their awesome accomplishments Tigers just a reminder to follow your paws expectations everyday remember to problem-solve always make good decisions work together and show respect here is a tiger tip of the week from mrs. Madrid this week's Tygart it is about kindness one kind word can change someone's entire day this week is National random acts of kindness week how will you spread your kindness this week are self blessings focus on gratitude one great way to be kind to show gratitude towards others it can be as simple as a thank-you or telling someone how much you appreciate them spreading kindness and gratitude not only makes that person for great but you will feel great to check out our my Google Classroom under this week's activities C yeah lesson about gratitude have a great week tigers and don't forget to spread your kindness let's hear from one of our Tigers about College and Career readiness Bella Garfield Tigers my name is Jorge Ramos big girl dance class this week our future College of the week is California Polytechnic State University Pomona better known as Cal Poly Pomona is a four-year University located right here in our hometown there Musta is a bronco that University colors are green gold and blue Cal Poly Pomona stands on the Arabian horse ranch of Siri magnet WK Kellogg you know those great Kellogg frosted conflict check on his Madrid Google Classroom under this week activity to see our interactive Google I Tigers this week we have a random act of kindness challenge Sherry kind word or is there something you are grateful about your classmate teacher or staff member Google Classroom activities for the don't forget to post your name hey Tigers joined Madrid I wanted at 12:15 have a great week diapers
